Improvements Moving Forward:
During this project I learned the importance of using multiple analysis methods, to ensure a holistic task analysis is done. Understanding the best methods suited to the task analysing. To better understand the users experience with an interface.
Going forward, I should do an analysis on a number of different ATM's as there isn't a unified design for them, as such certain ATM's may have better security measures than others.
