Improvements & Client Outcomes:
During this process, I have learned what colours aren't suitable for graphic printing, including light shades of grey, as when printed doesn't provide the correct colouration.
Additionally, creating a vectorised logo design earlier in the process, so attributes don't have to be backtracked on to before the end product is produced.
In the next few months the clinic’s social media presence grew significantly, with Instagram gaining 1639 followers, 1128 posts, and receiving 10 to 20 likes per post. Facebook also grew to 544 followers, with 469 likes.
Additionally, the exterior graphics contributed to a 35% increase in patients across all 4 clinic locations, with increased curiosity and positive comments about the clinic’s exterior. These improvements in branding and engagement have solidified the clinic’s presence both online and offline.
